1 - 10 Overs : Kiwis didn't get start they wanted
Williamson sent Martin Guptill and Henry Nicholas to open the inning and to give New Zealand a flying start but unfortunately that could not. Indian fast bowler Bhuvneshvar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah gave India a start that any team would like to.

Both the bowlers kept kiwi openers in command and did not let them score a single run till 3rd over. First two overs were treat to watch as an Indian viewer. Worst happened with New Zealand while Martin Guptill gone out on 1 run from 14 balls and guess who took the wicket? Bumrah of course the number one bowler in world cricket now.

New Zealand captain came to bat after Guptill's dismissal. Both Henry and Williamson batted very slow but steady not to give India any chance of wicket. At the end of 10 overs New Zealand were at world cup 2019's lowest power play score, 27 with the loss of 1 wicket. Earlier it was India who made just 28 runs against England. Thank god that record is now to the name of New Zealand.

11 - 20 Overs : New Zealand slowly came back into the game but a wicket ruined the play
Nichollas Henry and Williamson kept batting slow but firmly. Both the batsmen batted carefully to add important 68 runs for the second wicket partnership. New Zealand were coming back to the game but then Ravindra Jadeja strike. Jadeja bowled Henry and gave India a second chance to celebrate. Henry made 28 runs from 58 balls. In this 10 overs New Zealand made 47 runs with more positive intent then earlier and lost a wicket. Ross Taylor came to bat.

These 10 overs belongs to both Kiwi batsmen and Indian bowlers. New Zealand captain played really good again and came to rescue NZ as always with Ross Taylor. Williamson made his fifty while Taylor helped to rotate strike. New Zealand made 40 runs in these overs and not lost a single wicket.

31 - 40 Overs Williamson departs after fifty, big blow to Kiwi team
The spell of these 10 overs also belonged to Indian bowlers. Indian bowlers just did not give a single chance to kiwi batsmen. New Zealand team hope captain Kane Williamson also got bowled by Chahal after making 67 runs in 95 balls. Williamson played 6 fours in this important inning for New Zealand. On the other hand Ross Taylor's innings was very slow that put extra pressure to Kane Williamson. James Nisham was the new batsman after Kane Williamson's departure.
